全密封變壓器，不同于普通油浸式變壓器，它取消了儲(chǔ)油柜，由波紋油箱本體的翅板作為散熱冷卻元件，同時(shí)根據(jù)變壓器體積的增減而脹縮，使變壓器內(nèi)部與大氣隔離，防止油的劣化和絕緣受潮，增強(qiáng)了運(yùn)行的可靠性。
產(chǎn)品采用德國(guó)閑心的技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)，計(jì)算機(jī)CAD智能設(shè)計(jì)，性能符合國(guó)際IEC60076、GB1094標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
鐵心采用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋硅鋼片，有自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線應(yīng)用階梯接縫(Steep-Lap)最新工藝制造，有效地改善了磁通在鐵心內(nèi)部的分布狀況，減低了噪聲，降低了損耗。
線圈采用高強(qiáng)度漆包線（或紙包線）卷繞，型式為圓筒式（或餅式）結(jié)構(gòu)，安匝分布均勻，絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)合理，具有很高的抗短路能力。

油箱內(nèi)使用的緊固件均采用止退螺母，即使長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸后也不會(huì)松脫。所有組件均采用雙重密封機(jī)構(gòu)，杜絕滲漏，密封件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)丙烯酸酯橡膠為材料的名牌產(chǎn)品，能有效地防止光老化、電老化、熱老化。
