     ●產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)該橫剪線由機(jī)架、送料機(jī)，剪切沖孔模具、自動(dòng)調(diào)孔裝置、制柜等組成，進(jìn)行連續(xù)沖孔、剪切成需要的一定尺寸的長(zhǎng)方形條料，。該橫剪線可連續(xù)沖孔剪切，也可按每次需要的片數(shù)設(shè)定單次剪切數(shù)量,加工數(shù)量達(dá)到限額將停止工作數(shù)秒再自動(dòng)重啟，往復(fù)生產(chǎn)即會(huì)將加工總數(shù)完成，機(jī)器將自動(dòng)停止工作。生產(chǎn)效率高、安全可靠、加工精度高、操作簡(jiǎn)便、易學(xué)易懂。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品規(guī)格大小不一特點(diǎn)，常規(guī)情況下一人可同時(shí)操作兩臺(tái)機(jī)器，節(jié)約勞動(dòng)力。

1.本設(shè)備可完成疊片式全直接縫鐵芯片型的自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)。
2.裁剪動(dòng)力：采用進(jìn)口伺服控制技術(shù)，速度快，噪音小，壽命長(zhǎng)。
