    江陰如一科技發(fā)展有限公司生產(chǎn)300型硅鋼片剪板機(jī)是針對材料寬度小于300mm的硅鋼片材料進(jìn)行沖孔、剪切加工，適用于對變壓器鐵心、電抗器鐵芯、電焊機(jī)鐵芯等精確加工，剪切沖孔毛刺小于0.02mm,尺寸精度小于0.05mm，鐵芯橫剪線產(chǎn)品一致性好，不會產(chǎn)生高低片等問題，尤其在加工取向硅鋼方面更是得心應(yīng)手，能夠快速剪切有取向硅鋼，產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力小，對剪切刃口磨損小，模具研磨間隔時間長，有效地提高加工效率以及加工精度，提高產(chǎn)量和降低生產(chǎn)成本。
    針對材料不同長度的特點(diǎn)利用程序自動調(diào)節(jié)，只需要將需要的長度輸入就可以獲得準(zhǔn)確的尺寸，同時也可以對因送料輥精確度的誤差而進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償，以達(dá)到最佳效果。
    本設(shè)備采用臺灣臺達(dá)和東元的伺服電機(jī)以及PLC，全中文觸摸屏獨(dú)立的控制柜，能夠有效的避免因設(shè)備振動給電器帶來的各種影響。

300 CNC Traverse Cutting Devices are used for punching and cutting of the 300mm silicon steel sheets, applicable to the precision processing of the transformer cores, reactor cores and electric welder cores with the punch/cutting burrs smaller than 0.02mm and the size precision controlled between plus and minus 0.05mm. Iron core products enjoy good conformity without chip level problems. It is especially the case with the silicon steel processing, where the device can rapidly cut the orientated silicon steel with small stress, little abrasion to the cutting blade and long sharpening intervals for the mold. It can promote the processing efficiency and precision, raise the output and reduce the productive costs.
Automatic adjustment will be made by the programs according to different lengths of the materials. Input of your desired length will give you the accurate size. At the same time, compensation can be made up for errors of the precision of feed rolls as to achieve the best results.
This device uses the servo electric motors and PLC of Taida and Dongyuan of Taiwan and separate control by the full Chinese touch screen. It can effectively avoid various affections upon the electric equipment due to vibration.
