抗振，耐腐蝕，并且配備高防護(hù)等級(jí)緊湊型外殼。
風(fēng)冷方案可用于風(fēng)機(jī)塔筒內(nèi)或機(jī)艙內(nèi)。
水冷方案可用在風(fēng)機(jī)塔筒內(nèi)。
Dry-type transformer for offshore wind power used
Regarding the special technical request, the transformer is smaller, lighter, with lower
temperature rise, and has stronger overload capacity. It is vibration resistant, corrosion
preventive, with high protection level compact enclosure.
Forced air cooling solution used in wind tower turbine and nacelle.
Water-cooled solution used in wind tower turbine.
水冷變壓器
通過水在外殼中的循環(huán)促進(jìn)變壓器外殼中空氣的冷卻，從而增加變壓器的散熱能力。這種
變壓器結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，多用在船舶等對(duì)變壓器尺寸及重量有限制的地方。
• 特殊設(shè)計(jì)專用于鉆井平臺(tái)、隧道挖掘機(jī)、風(fēng)力發(fā)電及船用設(shè)備，存在安裝空間受限及頻
繁震動(dòng)的場(chǎng)合。
• 由一臺(tái)干式變壓器及 IP44 的防護(hù)外殼組成，主要部件還有水冷熱交換器及馬達(dá)。
• 過載能力可以達(dá)到 50％，重量可以減輕 20％，發(fā)散到周圍環(huán)境的熱量?jī)H占總損耗的
10%，冷卻水帶走其余熱量。
