 沈陽市第四變壓器廠（有限公司）（曾用名：沈陽變壓器聯(lián)合廠）始建于1961年，是原機械工業(yè)部定點生產(chǎn)電力變壓器、特種變壓器及原油脫鹽、脫水、精制電源成套設(shè)備的專業(yè)廠。1989年，由本廠開發(fā)研制的國內(nèi)第一套原油脫鹽電源成套設(shè)備在長嶺煉油現(xiàn)場一次試驗成功，獲得現(xiàn)場專家的好評并獲得國家級獎勵，這標志著我國電脫鹽設(shè)備制造方面零的突破。

本廠區(qū)位于沈陽渾河南岸的高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，交通便利、環(huán)境優(yōu)美。有較先進的變壓器等電氣、機械專業(yè)制造設(shè)備38臺（套），建有電氣性能測試中心試驗室，具有完備的中小型變壓器等電氣產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)條件和檢測手段。各類專業(yè)技術(shù)人員占全廠職工總數(shù)的20%，產(chǎn)品設(shè)計先進，生產(chǎn)工藝獨特。

本廠生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品還有63KV及以下額定容量31500KVA以下的電力變壓器，S9、S10、S11-M-30～1600/6～10，全密封配電變壓器，SY-M-30～160/6～10油田動力照明專用變壓器和CKG型63KV及以下系列干式空心電抗器。
