變壓器鐵芯數(shù)控橫剪線是將硅鋼片卷料進(jìn)行橫向剪切，目前可根據(jù)客戶需要定制剪切最大寬度可達(dá)600mm，剪切模具材質(zhì)采用日本進(jìn)口硬質(zhì)合金制造。適用于變壓器、電抗器、電焊機、電器、等行業(yè)硅鋼片卷料和低碳鋼薄板橫向剪切，已在川電、昆山特變、大宏機電、永展機電、德順互感器、飛龍鐵芯、威盛工業(yè)等上百家企業(yè)廣泛使用。該系列產(chǎn)品在全國同行業(yè)中產(chǎn)銷量占首位。
1.本橫剪線可完成疊片式全直接縫鐵芯片型的自動生產(chǎn)。
2.裁剪動力：采用進(jìn)口伺服控制技術(shù)，速度快，噪音小，壽命長。
3.送料動力：采用交流同步伺服電動機，具有響應(yīng)快，定位精度高，低噪音，制動熱塤小，壽命長等特點。
4.軌道定位：采用絲杠直線導(dǎo)軌中心定位，刻度盤調(diào)節(jié)定位快速，準(zhǔn)確，方便。

6.模具：采用進(jìn)口合金鋼制造的模具，具有剪切毛刺小、模具壽命長、維護(hù)次數(shù)少等特點，模具制造工藝完全按照高速沖模具加工，維護(hù)、拆裝、研磨尤其方便，減少勞動強度。
